My primary focus here is the combination of acrylic painting with synthetic resin, alongside the technique of collage.

Resin applied over acrylic has a remarkable effect on colour — intensifying both luminosity and depth. Every chromatic and compositional choice in these works is made to maximise what this medium can do. Further works using this technique are presented in section Listen to the Paintings.

For the collages, thick canvas cuts serve as the base material. As light catches the relief of the collage, it becomes an active element of the work — producing shimmering reflections or shadow projections — subtle effects that reveal themselves to the attentive viewer only. This interplay of light and surface adds dimension and richness to the final piece.
